World Away
$850.00 – $2,200.00
This photograph of Western Australia’s Pinnacles desert, was a long time in the making. I must have visited the area around ten times over the passed few years hoping to capture these unique limestone rock formations under warm, vibrant sunset, light. The day leading up to this, I had been watching the weather forecast and the satellite images and it was looking promising. I decided to make the 2 hour drive north of Perth to see if I could finally capture that elusive shot. The entire drive up it seemed the cloud front was sitting just in front of me. I really just caught the edge of it at sunset and there was nearly no clouds behind me. This worked perfectly for sunset allowing the warm sunset light to hit the bottom of the clouds. So nice to finally have the elements all come together!
