I made the 3 hour drive down to photograph Sugarloaf Rock one evening hoping to create something special. I got lucky! I explored the are more than I ever had before and found a number of new compositions that I found appealing. The icing on the cake came right at the perfect moment. During hours of scouting for a shot, the sky had clouds but none over the rock where I needed them! However right as the light was starting to turn up, some clouds drifter over rather quickly from behind me. I only managed 3 frames before they no longer filled the frame and the light began to fade. Needless to say, this awesome light display made the drive home a lot easier!
