Silver Lining

For some time I have been searching to make a photograph of sand dunes that I like. I think this may be what I was looking for. An afternoon drive 2 hours north of Perth to the small fishing town of Wedge Island was well worth it. The wind was strong and throwing a lot of sand up into the air. With eyes full of sand I found this composition. The camera couldn’t only come out for brief moments so not to get damaged by the sand in the air. Although conditions like this can be tough to shoot in, the results created by the sand in the air are stunning. Had a blast capturing this scene!
