Crawling In

The first light from sunrise at Horseshoe Bend hits the tall canyon walls bringing great warmth to the scene. This is a spectacular place in northern Arizona where the Colorado River sits 305 meters straight below this view point. It can be rather daunting standing at the edge of this vertical cliff but the view is stunning! An early morning start brought about the glowing sky and rich warm light on the rim. What a brilliant way to start the day!
