After a bizarre day full of thunderstorms and rain, this awesome sunset rolled over Cottesloe Beach. Cottesloe Beach is one of Western Australia's most iconic beaches and is a popular place to cool off during the summer months. Using a wide angle lens, I was close up to the splashing water for this shot, close enough that I got splashed a number of times and so did my gear! Well worth it in the end I think and what a magnificent way to bring in summer!
