After a few days of intense heat at the beginning of summer in Perth, Western Australia, we had a day of non-stop rain and thunderstorms which is quite unusual for this city. I capture this rustic looking jetty in Claremont reaching out into the Swan River in the rain. It was the rainfall that created the very soft misty appearance.
